Free Shipping For a limited time, we offer free shipping on all orders over €50 within Germany. This promotion may end at any time without prior notice.
Shipping Rates & Methods
For orders of 1–2 items, we charge a flat shipping fee of €2.55. Your order will be sent via Deutsche Post Warensendung. Please note that this method does not include tracking.
For orders of 3 or more items, different packaging is required. These orders are shipped via DHL Paket at a rate of €5.49 and include full shipment tracking so you always know where your package is.
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation by email once your purchase is complete.
Delivery Time After dispatch, standard delivery within Germany typically takes 2–5 business days. Please keep in mind that during peak seasons or due to carrier delays, delivery times may occasionally be longer than expected.
Tracking Orders shipped via DHL will receive a tracking number by email once dispatched. This allows you to monitor the status of your delivery at any time. Orders shipped via Deutsche Post Warensendung are not assigned a tracking number.
Incorrect Address Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are unable to take responsibility for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. If you notice a mistake after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to make a correction before dispatch.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please reach out to us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with you to find a solution, whether that means a replacement or a refund.
Shipping Destination At this time, we only ship within Germany. We are working on expanding our shipping options and hope to offer international delivery in the future.
